MTW-T50Z Automatic Turnover Box Bag Inserter is an automated bag inserting machine designed to automatically line plastic turnover crates/totes with PE bags. Featuring air blowing technology, the machine makes the plastic film closely fit the inner wall of the crate without wrinkles or bubbles. It greatly cuts manual bagging work and stabilizes packaging quality for food and logistics production lines.

This automatic crate bag inserter supports standalone operation and seamless integration into full automatic packaging lines. It is reliable, easy to operate and maintain with low failure rate. Changing between different crate sizes only takes 10–15 minutes for manual adjustment.
