Metway Intelligent has embarked on a new journey, marking a new milestone. With its relocation to No. 170, Fenghuangwei Yanchang Road, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, the new 70,000-square-meter production base officially opened yesterday.

New Base, New Layout

Designed and constructed in accordance with internationally advanced Industry 5.0 standards, the new production base integrates intelligent manufacturing, R&D innovation, and talent training. The park features modern 5S production workshops, an R&D and testing center, digital production processes, and comprehensive employee living facilities, providing ample space and potential for Metrov Intelligent's future development.

The new production base's greatest highlight is its comprehensive intelligent upgrade.

In production, we have introduced a digital management system to achieve transparency and data visualization; an intelligent warehouse management system ensures accurate material traceability and management.

In R&D, Metrov Intelligent has established industry-research-academia partnerships with numerous universities to attract and cultivate innovative talent. We have newly established a high-precision intelligent equipment R&D center, which provides the foundation for Metrov Intelligent's sustainable development and accelerates product innovation. This will greatly enhance our independent R&D capabilities and provide customers with more advanced intelligent packaging solutions.

Metrov Intelligent has expanded its facility from 20,000 square meters to 70,000 square meters, increasing our production capacity by 2.5 times and enabling us to provide customers with a higher-quality, more efficient service experience. It is also equipped with modern work environments and living facilities, creating a more comfortable and convenient work and living experience for our employees.
